A builder you can call by name
I'm Henry Bramall. I have 14 years in construction. I started at 18 as a labourer, worked through commercial building services and water-industry projects up to project engineer, commissioning £100m commercial schemes, before building complete homes with my own team.
In 2019 I set up Bramall Homes. We are a residential builder based at Stonegate, near Wadhurst, and we build new homes, extensions and refurbishments across East Sussex and the Kent border as a principal contractor. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders.
Garage conversions kept coming up, and they deserve better than being squeezed in between bigger jobs. East Sussex Garage Conversions is the part of the business that focuses on them: the same team, the same standards and the same insurance, with a process built around one room done properly.
What you can hold us to
- One person from survey to sign-off
- Henry surveys, quotes and runs every job. You never deal with a salesperson.
- An itemised quote
- Every part of the job priced separately, so you can see where the money goes and choose your finishes.
- Bad news early
- If we open something up and find a problem, you hear about it that day, with the options and the cost, before we carry on.
- A finished room
- Plastered, decorated, floored and certified. Not a shell for someone else to finish.
- A tidy site
- Your house is still your home while we work. We clear up at the end of every day.
The team
- Aaron Noakes, Site Supervisor
- With Bramall Homes since 2023, Aaron runs the day-to-day on site: keeping trades coordinated, standards high and the programme moving. He is the face you will see most, and nothing is signed off until he has checked it.
- Vikki Cordeux, Office Manager
- Vikki keeps everything behind the scenes running, from scheduling and invoicing to answering the phone. If you ring the office or have a question about a payment, Vikki sorts it.
